GVJ-518 – Piezoelectric Jetting Valve

GVJ-518 – Piezoelectric Jetting Valve utilizes a piezoelectric valve as its executive unit, with driving parts designed using piezoelectric ceramic material. The firing pin stroke is accurately regulated, and the speed of the bump is adjusted by pulsating voltage. A built-in temperature and stroke sensor enables precise injection of glue for both injection point and contact tasks, achieving a glue width of 0.2mm and consistency of at least 99%. The injection valve operates under full pressure and can be used up to 1.5 billion times, requiring secure bolting for installation.
