A conformal coating protects the circuit board during its lifetime of use

A conformal coating is a thin polymeric film applied to a printed circuit board (PCB) to protect the board and its components from the operating environment and corrosion. The film is typically applied at 25-250µm and ‘conforms’ to the shape of the board and its components, covering and protecting the PCB.

100% solid UV moisture curing coating for PCBs. Easy spray application, rapid light-induced curing, and secondary moisture-cure ensure complete protection, even in shadowed areas.

GLUDITEC COVEN is kind of Fluoropolymer coatings which are typically ultrathin. GLUDITEC COVEN conformal coatings have good resistance to oils acids, solvents, and water. Boards that have been coated with GLUDITEC COVEN conformal coating are hydrophobic.
