The dispensing main body moves dynamically in five axes (X, Y, Z, U, R) to ensure accurate dispensing on various circuit boards while avoiding non-dispensing areas like connectors. The two-axis control double-step conveying method enables infinite speed adjustments, boosting work efficiency and reducing loading forces. With computer-controlled conveyor rail width adjustment and eight-axis card control, this machine offers seamless interconnectivity and robust performance. It excels in multi-trajectory spraying methods such as spot coating, linear spraying, and curve spraying for complex circuit board dispensing. The track width is adjustable from 50 to 450mm to meet diverse production requirements. Operating at an exhaust rate of 900 cubic meters per hour and featuring SMT industry-standard SMEMA interfaces, our Conformal Coating Machine seamlessly integrates into your manufacturing process to deliver unmatched precision, flexibility, and efficiency.
