The GLUDITEC in-line cleaners present a range of integrated design characteristics that effectively reduce the need for excessive chemical usage and power consumption.

• The Gluditec in-line cleaners come equipped with an integrated automatic stand-by mode as a standard feature. This function ensures that pumps and blowers are automatically turned off when there are no PCBs being processed. When the PCBs enter the relevant section of the cleaning module, a photocell detector will activate and start each pump and blower. This not only saves power but also reduces chemistry consumption.
• In-line cleaners employ a combined exhaust plenum and demister, which effectively equalizes the intakes of the cleaner’s exhaust ports. By minimizing exhaust and utilizing the integrated demister, chemistry consumption is effectively reduced.
