MS5312 is the moisture-curing modified silicone adhesive for PCB bonding. After it reacts with moisture in the air, neutral alcohols will be released, which will further cause curing reaction. There is no odor like PU discharged isocyanate (NCO) and the odor discharged by deoximation and deacidification. It is a polymer material that takes manufacturing process and safety into account. The adhesion strength of this product to plastics surpasses Silicone.
