Reliable Conveying System

• Customizable Dimensions: The conveying chain is customizable in width (150-500mm) and designed with a standard height of approximately 750mm. The system operates at a variable speed of 0-300mm/s, driven by an asynchronous motor gear rotation.

Precise Positioning and Control

• Advanced Positioning Unit: Controlled by orders from PLC or micro-controller programs, the pneumatic electromagnetic directional valve and air cylinder ensure precise positioning of tooling plates.
• Blocking Mechanism: A blocker prevents the upstream tooling plates from advancing if the dispensing operation is incomplete, ensuring that each stage of the process is completed accurately before moving to the next.
