Two-part 50ml Cartridge Filling System GLT F-550

Two-part Cartridge filling from 5 gallon to 50ml syringe

With the ability to pressurize the platform, this device can work with low to medium-viscosity adhesives like epoxy resin, polyurethane, and silicone that include specific additives. The accurate filling process, enabled by a high-precision dosing mechanism, can achieve precise measurements as small as 0.5g during mixing, pouring, and packaging operations.

The control unit in this system utilizes Siemens PLC technology along with a corresponding touch screen for configuring and precisely controlling the parameters of the glue filling program and user-friendly operation.

It offers two operational modes:

  • Manual mode is used for equipment debugging, testing, and assisting in fault diagnosis and resolution;
  • Semi-automatic mode allows the equipment to execute the programmed steps for glue filling production, triggering glue dispensing automatically (activated during normal operation);

The preferred mode is typically automatic. Additionally, engaging vacuum operation requires activation of a specific button located on top of the machine. It should be noted that switching between operating modes may interrupt current operations. Exercise caution to avoid changing operating states during glue injection.

Notice

  • The controls for raising and lowering the pressure plate on the cylinder lift can be found on both sides of the rear of the machine.
  • To switch materials on the pressure plate and remove the barrel, start by opening the appropriate barrel ejection blow valve. Then, activate the barrel ejection blow switch to introduce compressed air into the barrel and push it out.
  • During loading, utilize the pressure plate exhaust valve to release air from beneath the pressure plate as it descends. This allows for a smooth contact with the material while simultaneously expelling air.
  • The B Dosing pump exhaust valve is designed to eliminate any trapped air within both the dosing pump and its connected pipeline segments.

Preparation before production

  • Step 01: First, while the machine is not running, check if the pressure plate is near the bottom of the barrel and if there are any alerts indicating low material levels. If needed, proceed with feeding material into the machine.
  • Step 02: Next, lift the pressure plate to its correct position.
  • Step 03: Then, carry out any necessary pretreatment as per the glue injection specifications.
  • Step 04: Once pretreatment is done, install the glue.
  • Step 05: With these steps completed, all preparations for production are finished and ready for normal operation to begin.

Normal working process

  • Step 01: Begin by checking the glue quantity and ensuring that the equipment’s air pressure is suitable for the task.
  • Step 02: Connect the working module to the feeding pipe.
  • Step 03: Verify the production parameters of the equipment, choose the appropriate working mode, and connect the foot switch if needed.
  • Step 04: Without installing the AB hose, manually release glue and monitor for smooth flow from the valve without any bubbles; address any issues promptly.
  • Step 05: Place a new AB rubber cartridge on the lifting platform.
  • Step 06: Initiate automatic glue injection using a button or foot switch: as the lifting platform ascends to a designated height, commence glue injection action.
  • Step 07: Upon completion of glue injection, remove the AB rubber cartridge.
  • Step 08: Replace with a new AB rubber cartridge on the lifting platform; install this cartridge with a prepared piston and position it on the piston pressing module; activate piston pressing using a button to automatically complete this process.
  • Step 09: Remove the piston-pressed AB rubber cartridge from its place.
  • Step 10: Repeat and interchangeably carry out steps involving injecting glue into AB rubber cartridges, installing pistons, and pressing pistons as necessary.

Downtime

  • Step 1: Remove the rubber mixing cylinder;
  • Step 2: Manually discharge glue 3-4, and observe whether the glue flows out smoothly at the outlet;
  • Step 3: Wipe the glue outlet and perform corresponding isolation and protection treatments;
  • Step 4: Press the emergency stop switch to turn off the control system;
  • Step 5: Turn off the power switch and shut down;
  • Step 6: Turn off the air supply.
