The Two-part 50ml/ 200ml/ 400ml Cartridge Filling System F-110 is designed for handling high-viscosity adhesives, such as epoxy or MMA with viscosities ranging from 50,000 to 300,000 cps. It efficiently transfers adhesives from 5-gallon drums into smaller cartridges (50ml to 600ml) using GLUDITEC’s advanced drum plate pump technology. This system eliminates air bubbles during the unloading process, ensuring the adhesive’s quality is maintained. Ideal for two-part (AB) adhesives, the F-110 delivers each part separately into a precision plunger for accurate filling. The filled AB cartridge is then sealed with a piston to maintain an airtight, moisture-free environment, preserving the adhesive’s integrity.
