TBC-153 – PCB Brush Cleaning System

  • The apparatus consists of three separate brush cleaning stations, each equipped with a unique combination of a rolling brush and a disk brush.
  • An automated liquid loading system ensures that the cleaning liquid saturates the roller brush, which then rolls over the PCBA surface, effectively dissolving and removing any flux residue.
  • The contaminants are then filtered out using the cleaning liquid filtration system, allowing for the recycling of the cleaning solution.
  • In contrast, the disk brush operates without any liquid and swiftly rotates to scrub the wet PCBA at high speeds.

LIQUID LEVEL CONTROLLER

As the solvent evaporates and the PCBA is constantly immersed and removed, the solvent will gradually diminish in the cleaning tank. liquid level controller is installed in the liquid storage tank to prevent this. When the fluid level reaches a low point, the controller triggers an alarm signal to remind users to refill it manually.
