Standalone Vacuum Potting System FAC-600
To meet the demand for economical but the high-quality output of potting & dispensing process, GLUDITEC introduce the standard vacuum potting product line FAC-600 with the oversized vacuum chamber. FAC-600 helps users get the risk of gaps appearing in the complicated design of electronic components, which can collect air bubbles during potting, and finally result in faults or even complete failure of the components.
Powerful vacuum pumps evacuate the entire space around the components. This guarantees bubble-free and homogeneous filling of the components in order to achieve the required potting quality even for the most difficult dispensing tasks.
In addition to a vacuum chamber, FAC-600 consists of the other two main modules:
The meter-mixing module with advanced functions as auto-cleaning, liquid-level sensor, pipe, and tank heater, all play exceptionally important roles in simplifying the dispensing process.
The dispensing module with the three-axis desktop robot moving continuously and dispense in various types of the path as dot, line, arc, and circle. The whole dispensing cell is covered by a safe chamber which helps to dispense tasks perform continuously and more accurately with exceptional moving speed.
The automatic tooling plate come in and out to ensure the non-stop fabrication and make GLT VP-60 an ideal and economical option for a standalone vacuum potting system.
