SRR Series – 4-axis Dispensing Robot Series
The SSR Series features our advanced 4-axis glue dispensing robots, which perform all the functions of traditional 3-axis machines and offer an expanded operational range. These robots are equipped with four axes: X, Y, Z, and R. Including the R-axis enhances the conventional three axes by enabling a full 360-degree rotation of the dispensing nozzle. This capability is specifically tailored for applying glue to both inner and outer ring surfaces. By manually adjusting the R-axis angle, these 4-axis fluid dispensing robots can effectively dispense adhesive at nearly any angle within the 360-degree plane. Additionally, the R-axis can facilitate product rotation, making it ideal for dispensing glue in grooves around various products. Consequently, this design allows for comprehensive adhesive application around an item’s surface.
