SR-300AT – Desktop Dispensing Robot for 50ml Two-part Adhesive
By employing the volumetric technique, the glue is uniformly dispensed from the container, resulting in consistent pressure and even speed. The combination of a Servo motor Reducer and TBI high-precision screw ensures precise gluing with a repeatability accuracy of -0.02. This system is suitable for various ratios such as 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, 5:1, and 10:1 for 50ml containers, as well as 1:1 and 2:1 for 400ml two-component glue.
GLUDITEC Desktop Robot Series includes an easy-to-use Teach Pendant with proprietary software specialized for high repeatability and accuracy in fluid placement and positioning. Integrated commands allow users to program complex dispensing patterns in minutes.
True three-dimensional motion control provides easy programming on different planes.
Other features include single point needle adjustment and high accuracy dispense repeatability. Our platform range from 300 x 300 to 500 x 500 mm, making them an ideal solution for batching or critical dispensing applications.
