SER-x00-620 Desktop Dispensing System for Low Viscosity Adhesive
The SER-x00-620 is a versatile desktop robot series specifically engineered for handling low-viscosity adhesives, such as instant cyanoacrylate glue and UV adhesives. This advanced system combines GLUDITEC’s trusted SER desktop dispensing robot technology with the precise GV-620 low-viscosity dispensing valve, all controlled by the GC-824 pneumatic controller.
Designed for flexibility, the SER-x00-620 can dispense adhesive from various package sizes, including syringes, cartridges, and larger containers (up to 500g and 1kg bottles) when paired with our pressure tank integration. The GC-824 controller ensures consistent dispensing accuracy and control, making it ideal for applications that demand precision in adhesive volume management. With user-friendly operation and reliable performance, the SER-x00-620 is a dependable solution for achieving high-quality, repeatable results in adhesive dispensing tasks.

GV-620 Diaphragm Dispensing Valve
GV-620UV precision diaphragm valve is designed to dispense controlled amounts of low to medium viscosity fluids such as solvents, cyanoacrylates, anaerobics and fluxes especially UV Adhesive without chemical reaction by isolating fluid from internal parts.
FEATURES:
- Ensure no chemical reaction in the internal parts
- The suction back function is highly effective in cleaning the broken glue from the needle nozzle and maintaining the tape’s consistency.
- Recommended fluid: Low viscosity & instant cure as Cyanoacrylate, UV Adhesive, Anaerobics, Fluxes.
GC-824 Dispensing Controller
The GC-824 controller is a fast, convenient way to adjust valve open time in increments as small as 0.001 seconds at the dispensing station. This results in exceptional process control without time-consuming programming or mechanical adjustments that require shutting down the production line.
In common applications, GC-824 has a barrel assembly to dispense adhesive directly from a syringe or barrel. However, in this case, GC-824 can act as an effective controller for GV-620.
Pressure Tank
The stainless steel construction of the barrel body and lid ensures resistance to chemical reactions and prevents deformation. The polished surface provides a secure seal, making it suitable for use with various liquids. Additionally, it features an automatic pressure relief safety valve, ensuring high-pressure resistance. Users can conveniently place the original glue package directly into the barrel without the need for post-use cleaning, simplifying maintenance.
