SER-300-30UV UV Adhesive Dispensing System with UV Curing Oven
The SER-300-30UV is a specialized dispensing system tailored for UV adhesives. It features the SER Series Robot (specifically the SER-200), a GC-824 Controller for direct dispensing from 30ml and 50ml syringes, and the FUV UV Oven Curing System. The UV curing mechanism presents both benefits and drawbacks. While it offers an extended open time and the ability to cure on demand, it also requires additional investment in a UV curing setup and adds another step to the assembly process. However, with its cost-effective design and compact structure, our SER-300-30UV effectively addresses the challenges of UV adhesives in assembly while maintaining excellent bonding strength and curing capabilities.

FLOOD UV CURING SYSTEM
GLUDITEC light-curing system uses low-to high-intensity LED/UV/Visible light for the fast curing of light-curable adhesives, coatings, and UV inks. A modular UV curing flood lamp consists of a power supply, reflector housing, and customizable LED. A custom light-curing system can be built by our system design options: Stand (for integrated into production line), Drawer, Oven and Box.
Consistent line speed, lamp height, and intensity together provide a consistent UV curing process. Safety designs help to utilizing the highest-intensity for better performance and shorter curing time.
