SDR Series Desktop Soldering Robot
The SDR Series by GLUDITEC is a desktop soldering robot specifically designed for soldering temperature-sensitive electronic components within the SMT post-soldering process. Ideal for applications where components cannot withstand reflow soldering due to heat sensitivity, this versatile machine is commonly used for soldering various plug-in components on PCBs, particularly suited for PCBs with dispersed and variable solder joint layouts.
Equipped with a highly adaptable welding gun capable of 360-degree rotation and a 45-degree angle, the SDR Series enables precise, reliable soldering across a range of orientations. As an automated soldering solution, it supports multiple soldering methods, with user-configurable process parameters that allow adjustments for intricate and challenging soldering tasks. By optimizing soldering quality, the SDR Series facilitates seamless automation and consistently high soldering standards across diverse applications.
