PUR5109 Short Open time Polyurethane Hot melt Adhesive
PUR5109 is a short open time Polyurethane Hot melt Adhesive that is used for structural bonding of electronic and electrical products. It has a short opening time and excellent elongation, rapid assembly environmentally friendly advantages. With the secondary moisture cure crosslinking the bonds, it provides excellent structural durability.
Features and benefits
- Single component hot melt adhesive, 100% solid content, easy to use.
- Suitable for plastic, metal, glass, aluminum, stainless steel without the need for other initiators.
- High bonding strength.
- Low heating melting temperature (90-110oC)
- Short open time, shorter assembly time.
- Curing strength will exceed 60% after 4 hours of moisture exposure at room temperature.
