PUR5108 Transparent Polyurethane Hot melt Adhesive
PUR5108 is a single-component, transparent reactive polyurethane (PUR) hotmelt adhesive which is used for the structural bonding of electronic and electrical products. It has a moderate opening time, excellent elongation, rapid assembly environmentally friendly advantages. With the secondary moisture cure crosslinking the bonds, it provides excellent structural durability.
Features and benefits
- Single component hot melt adhesive, 100% solid content, easy to use.
- Suitable for plastic, metal, glass, aluminum, and stainless steel without the need for other initiators.
- High bonding strength.
- Low heating melting temperature (100 – 120oC).
- Longer open time, allowing longer assembly time.
- Curing strength will exceed 60% after 04 hours of moisture exposure at room temperature.
