PTA-3000 Air Plasma System
The PTA-3000 Plasma System is an atmospheric plasma cleaning platform developed with fully independent core architecture. It incorporates a phase-shifted full-bridge soft-switching power topology to ensure stable discharge output and high energy conversion efficiency. The system utilizes an analog communication interface that supports integration with centralized control systems for real-time process monitoring and synchronization.
This architecture delivers consistent surface treatment performance, enhanced immunity to electrical noise, reduced system fault rates, and improved operational reliability. As a result, it supports lower maintenance requirements, higher equipment uptime, and increased production throughput while contributing to overall manufacturing cost optimization.
Features and benefits
- Ruggedized hardware design rated for operation in ambient temperatures from -25°C to 50°C, enabling reliable performance in demanding industrial environments. The system is designed to achieve an MTBF ≥ 190,000 hours in accordance with MIL-HDBK-217F (25°C).
- Integrated digital power meter provides real-time display of operating parameters, enabling continuous system monitoring and strong immunity to electrical interference.
- Equipped with four built-in monitoring functions:o Real-time air pressure detectiono Transformer primary peak current monitoring
o Grid current detection
o Optional real-time spray gun speed monitoring
- Operates using a constant pulse width control mode, ensuring stable plasma output and process consistency.
- Supports analog communication interfaces for remote monitoring and control integration.
- The plasma generator is compatible with both jet-type and rotary spray nozzles, supporting flexible process configurations.
- Comprehensive protection mechanisms are implemented, including:
