MAE5401 Pre-applied thread locker
MAE5401 is creamy pink dispersion, two-component, high strength, anaerobic cure, and thread locking adhesive. Pre-coat the adhesive with an activator (Part B) to the threads to form the dry bond coating, and while assembling the fasteners, the capsule is crushed to cause a chemical reaction and create locking strength which can remain after three times unassembly. So it can improve the efficiency of assembly lines by avoiding using adhesives or dispensing machines in production lines.

Used for all kinds of surfaces, especially for electroplated surfaces
