MA3101 Acrylic Conformal Coating

MA3101, a modified acrylic synthetic resin-based coating, is designed for printed circuit board conformal coating. This material solidifies into a protective film either at ambient temperatures or when heated, safeguarding the components with a durable layer. It boasts superior environmental defense capabilities. Once set, it creates a clear, flexible film that excels in insulation and is resistant to weathering and chemical attacks. This ensures the operational integrity of electronic devices by mitigating performance degradation and shielding circuitry and associated apparatus from environmental harm. Its operational temperature spans from -45 to 125 degrees Celsius. The coating features comprehensive protection against water, moisture, dust, thermal shock, aging, radiation, salt spray, ozone corrosion, vibrations while maintaining excellent flexibility and adherence.
