ICD-450U – Automatic PCB Unloader
The ICD-450U is primarily utilized for the Coating production line as a source. It stores and transfers the PCB board to the back-end equipment using a material frame, featuring an automatic board feeding function.

- The control system employs PLC control, while the operation interface utilizes a touch screen, ensuring stable performance and convenient operation.
- The frame structure is constructed with sheet metal welding and aluminum profile construction, treated with surface painting.
- The lifting structure is equipped with motor lifting settings in 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, and 40mm effective steps, with an optional inverter available.
- The feeding method utilizes a cylinder type, which can be paired with an automatic air venting device to safeguard the PCB from damage and reduce process loss.
