Hotmelt Dispensing Valve
- The automatic glue gun can be equipped with nozzles such as 0.2mm, 0.25mm, 0.3mm, 0.35mm, 0.4mm, 0.45mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 1.0mm, and other various specifications according to production needs;
- When disassembling the rubber valve body or replacing the nozzle, it is necessary to disassemble the rubber gun in the case of preheating;
- It is recommended to install a pressure regulating valve on the air inlet of the solenoid valve to adjust the gas to ensure the gas pressure of the glue gun is stable to ensure uniformity of the glue;
- The double-nozzle glue gun must only be fixed at the station during installation. The product’s electric eye is tested to signal the solenoid valve to control the glue gun.
