The GV-970MC precision micro spray valve is specifically engineered to deliver a consistent spray volume of as little as 1 nanoliter, ensuring uniformity in the spraying process.
Achieving stable spraying within a diameter range of 3-20mm, the GV-970MC ultra micro spray valve employs micro pressure and micro air. It utilizes a precision standard needle measuring 0.33-0.10mm to achieve a spray size below 60 on the standard nozzle scale.

VALVE OPERATION
Input air pressure retracts the needle from the nozzle seat, allowing fluid to flow. At the same time, nozzle air flows around the nozzle and atomizes the fluid into fine droplets. (Figure 1) Once the cycle is completed, the spring returns the piston needle back to its position to shut off the fluid. (Figure 2).
