GPP-300D – 300/330ml Cartridge Dual Cylinder Pump
The GPP-300D supply system handles 300cc/330cc packaged rubber drums, utilizing cylinder pressure and a pressure pump for self-suction. It maintains a constant material flow rate through steady pressure and precise timing control of the on-off valve. This ensures consistent dispensing volume and speed. It’s suitable for substances such as silicone, epoxy, grease, thermally conductive gel and silicone, sausage glue, and various medium to high viscosity fluids.
Features and benefits
- It utilizes a 300cc/330cc silicone sleeve and sausage glue packaging for fixed-amount dispensing.
- It’s designed to handle 10,000-1,000,000 high viscosity glue.
- Given the high viscosity of silicone, dispensing is done through mechanical extrusion to ensure accurate glue output. This method is different from pneumatic pressure conveying, as it eliminates any gas residue.
- Its small size and easy operation, coupled with an external ultra-precision dispensing valve, ensure precision dispensing and significantly improve production capacity and dispensing quality.
- The pump head includes a low-level glue alarm switch, enabling automatic switching between low liquid levels and material shortages.
- The system features an automatic switching function for double glue buckets, designed for automatic line production and frequent glue change. This prevents line stopping, saves time during glue changes, and enhances production efficiency.
