To solve the problem of inadequate stencil mesh cleaning and incomplete removal of solder paste residue using traditional ultrasonic methods, GLU-700 utilizes a combination of spray-in-air and ultrasonic cleaning modes. It employs an environmentally friendly water-based process that includes initial spray-in-air cleaning, final ultrasonic cleaning, rinsing with spray-in-air, water cutting with an air knife, and drying. This innovative approach achieves excellent stencil cleanliness with minimal liquid usage by seamlessly integrating new efficient water-based technology with traditional stencil cleaning methods.
