GDP-6400 Dual Progressive Cavity Pump

The GLUDITEC GDP-6400 two-component progressive cavity pump is a precise and efficient transfer pump that can achieve accurate flow output by controlling the motor speed. It is commonly used in high-precision conveying applications and is suitable for a variety of media with different viscosities, including glues, greases, oils, paints, sealants, adhesives, silicones, and even highly abrasive fluids.

Features and benefits

  • High-precision dosage with accurate proportions: The eccentric spiral structure of the constant positive displacement pump enables efficient, precise, and stable extrusion of two liquids.
  • Simple adjustment of mixing ratio and dispensing settings: Simply change the speed parameter of the motor to quickly and easily adjust the amount of glue dispensed.
  • It is not affected by the position of liquid, and is not affected by viscosity changes: The screw valve conveying precision remains unaffected by changes in medium liquid height and viscosity, thereby eliminating the need for frequent adjustment of dispensing parameters.
  • Particulate-containing media can also be conveyed in quantities: Screw valves convey media with high solids content without damaging particles.
  • Avoid glue waste, economical and saving: medium liquid height changes and viscosity changes will not affect the screw valve conveying precision, to avoid frequent adjustment of dispensing parameters.
