In some applications, directly dispensing materials from cartridge without going through complicated pump and pipeline system is smarter choice. This option helps to enable flexibility & prevent pre-mature curing phenomenon of sensitive Thermal Conductive Materials, Sealants and Potting Compounds.
GCC-200 is designed to provide the simple process of 2K cardtridge dispensing task. Available cartridge holder construction (airless) and volume (170/ 330/ 340/ 650/ 1000 ml) make it ideal for various applications. The liquid flow will be handled by a high-precision progressive cavity pump cooporated with a automated robot. This combination delivers accuracy and shorter cycle time and results higher productivity.
