Flex Two-part Mixing and Dispensing System IAD-650
IAD-650 is the entry and standard system for precision meter-mixing and dispensing 2K materials with an automated robot slide. IAD-650 consists of the two main modules:
The meter-mixing module with advanced functions as auto-cleaning, liquid-level sensor, pipe, and tank heater, all play exceptionally important roles in simplifying the dispensing process.
The dispensing robot module with a horizon slide on which the precision dispensing valve is located. This valve could move along the slide and be used for sealing, potting applications. This design helps IAD-650 easily be integrated with an available production line to optimize productivity.
The whole system can be used as a part of inline production thanks to its flexibility in motion and modular design.
