FAV-600 Vision Integrated Inline Dispensing System
The FAV-600 is a cutting-edge meter-mixing and dispensing system designed to enhance manufacturing productivity and reduce costs.
It features the option of a screw pump or double piston pump for precise delivery of two fluid components to the dual V-valve set, ensuring accurate dispensing of homogeneous fluids. Following the control system’s instructions, the dispensing machine carries out fluid transport and dispensing tasks while the CCD visual capture system initiates the process. At the same time, a three-axis manipulator ensures precise positioning of the mixing system component.
In particular, the FAV-600 has the capability to be combined with a conveyor in order to create an inline dispensing system, complete with a vacuum chamber and heater if required. Typically, this setup is utilized in high-volume production lines.
