Double-stock Two-part Mixing and Dispensing System IAD-650T
IAD-650T is the advanced version of IAD-650S with a double amount of material container, which benefits the non-stop dispensing process. IAD-650T is a perfect choice for manufacturers who need to improve productivity as well as the qualification of end-products.
IAD-650T consists of the two main modules:
The meter-mixing module with two couples of pressure tanks and advanced functions as auto-cleaning, liquid-level sensor, pipe, and tank heater, all play exceptionally important roles in simplifying the dispensing process.
The dispensing robot module with a horizon slide on which the precision dispensing valve is located. This valve could move along the slide and be used for sealing, potting applications. This design helps IAD-650T easily be integrated with an available production line to optimize productivity.
The whole system can be used as a part of inline production thanks to its flexibility in motion and modular design.
