Desktop Robot integrated FIP Gasket Dispensing System
For Single-component Gasket Foam, adhesive will directly dispense from original package: syringe barrel, cartridge or 1L ~ 5L container by our SR series desktop robot. In higher precision dispensing cases, other options should be considered: vision integrated, high precision valve integrated.
For Two-component Polyurethane Gasket Foam, before dispensing adhesive, it is important to meter-mixing accurately. Our 2K Dispensing System varied both in size & design of working area and adhesive viscosity. For standard system, FAD-680 – Automated 2K Dispensing System will be suitable.
