aSWS-120 Shot Weight Scale
The in-cell shot weight scale feature from GLUDITEC is designed to verify the flow rate of different dispensing valves. It can be found on all GLUDITEC dispensing systems, either as a separate unit or built into the valve station. Common uses for this feature include underfilling, encapsulation, solder paste application, gasketing, and filling processes.
The weigh scale is compatible with GLUDITEC’s dispensing, jetting, and metering valves. This option serves as an essential tool for ensuring consistent dispensing performance by addressing various external factors that might affect the process, such as variations in fluid batches, wear of dispense valves, changes in viscosity, incorrect settings, or issues with clogged or damaged nozzles.
When a measurement is taken, the system compares it against user-defined target values and tolerances; if any discrepancies arise outside these parameters, it prompts the operator for further review. Two different scale capacities are offered to ensure optimal accuracy based on specific application needs.
