Rotary Desktop Dispensing Robot
Its fourth axis allows for dispensing at any angle along the 360° rotation plane.
In many applications, the workpieces have shadow areas or complicated configuration that can not be handled by simple 3-axis robot.
GLUDITEC SRR Series is designed with additional 4th rotational axis, allows for dispensing at a user-specified, fixed angle around the 360° rotary plane, allowing it to access hard-to-reach areas and vertical surfaces.
With custom dispensing software, it is easy to setup and program the system for dispensing applications in less time. True 3D motion control simplifies programming of dots, circles, arcs, and patterns on different planes. Simultaneous X and Y movement during R rotation makes it necessary to program only the R axis for true point programming.
