GLUDITEC light-curing system uses low-to high-intensity LED/UV/Visible light for the fast curing of light-curable adhesives, coatings, and UV inks. A modular UV curing flood lamp consists of a power supply, reflector housing, and customizable LED. A custom light-curing system can be built by our system design options: Stand (for integrated into production line), Drawer, Oven and Box.
Consistent line speed, lamp height, and intensity together provide a consistent UV curing process. Safety designs help to utilizing the highest-intensity for better performance and shorter curing time.
