How to choose a dispensing system for Cyanoacrylate/ Instant Adhesive/ Super Glues?
Get to know the CAs and Considerations when choosing its suitable dispensing system
Utilizing greater control for higher production throughput with less rework and fluid waste, GLUDITEC compromises to provide the right dispense system and fine-tune process adjustment for successful CA dispensing. When choosing a CA Dispensing System, we must take into considerations lots of factors. Depending on your requirements, different system can be chosen.
1. Choosing a Single Component Dispensing System designed for CAs
For low- to medium-volume production, using a dispensing controller will provide the most convenient and accurate dispensing process.

At the higher level, a semi-automated system with a desktop dispensing robot, suitable syringes barrel & relative pressure controller. However, for the most accurate placement of CAs, it is better to use an fully automated dispensing system which replace the syringes barrel by a dispensing valve.

A fully automated system with parts that advance on a production line is another advanced system that must be considered when your manufacturing site have higher requirements in performance.
In this system, parts place on a conveyor or rotary table are detected by sensors and automatically receive a deposit of CA from the dispensing valve. The valve may be mounted on the line and controlled by a valve controller or PLC. It may also be mounted on an automated dispensing robot, which is programmed and controlled via a personal computer.
