2K materials such as silicone, silicone foam, epoxy, epoxy foam, and polyurethane foam are mixed and dispensed into the module to fill the spatial cavities between each cell.
An inadequate ratio & blend of the 2K materials can result in non-uniform foam & impact performance. Therefore, we recommend 2K Mixing & Dispensing System.
